Intro to West Coast Swing
The Level 1 class always starts from scratch and this dance is one that anyone can learn, whether you have two left feet or have been dancing for years!
Level 1 classes are the same each week to make sure everybody gets the same intro experience! We'll be covering basic timing, grooves, shapes, & turns.

First Night FAQs
We recommend coming 10 to 15 minutes before your class to make sure you have time to check in.
Nope! In class we rotate partners throughout the lesson, and everyone asks each other to dance at the social dances after. Everyone is friendly and we encourage everyone to dance together.
No need to buy any fancy dance shoes. Clean shoes that do not have too much grip at the bottom and will not fall off your feet will be the best (e.g., Toms).
WCS is casual so whatever works for you! Just be free to move. It's a good idea to bring a change of shirt.
Nope! Just show up at the door at 7:30 pm. We'll have you sign a waiver and sign up for our email list if you choose.
